ABOUT THIS PROJECT

I was asked to create an informational brochure to give to the parents of patients at ABW Pediatrics. The goal was to give parents the ability to pick their children’s primary care provider by consolidating the provider information onto one easy to read document. The brochure was also translated into Spanish since a large portion of ABW Pediatrics patients were of Hispanic Origin.
